Grand Prix weekend is huge in Long Beach. The event brings celebrities, locals, and visitors together to create a massive weekend of revelry. It was a hot and muggy day in Long Beach, California, but I'm elated to post that William Fichtner is the overall winner in the 2011 Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race.
William Fichtner is an extraordinary talent. His acting credits include Go (Burke) and Prison Break (Alex Mahone). Mr. Fichtner was also in one of my favorite shows that didn't last, Invasion as Sherriff Tom Underlay. Most recently William Fichtner caught my attention in the 3-D movie Drive Angry (directed by Patrick Lussier and written by Todd Farmer and Patrick Lussier). Mr. Fichtner plays "The Accountant" with a cool and mysterious edge; and with comedic timing only William can deliver.
Last year, the ever popular Brian Austin Green reigned victorious.
